The Open Road Foundation was originally established in 2008 to provide victim assistance, fund scholarships, educational endeavors, and other relevant causes in support of professional truck drivers and those supporting the trucking and logistics industry in North America. As a part of its program, The Foundation sponsors and supports a victim assistance fund to financially assist eligible associates impacted by disaster and/or personal circumstances. The Foundation also provides educational scholarships to students enrolled in or applying to accredited four-year institutions of higher learning, junior colleges, and vocational schools.
Our mission is to help alleviate poverty for all Chattanooga citizens & help create economic stability through literacy training & educational activities. Our vision is to measurably increase literacy & journalistic training over the next three years & then strategically manage its outcome to promote poverty relief.
