The customer service representative tracks loads, updates customer websites, & schedule appointments using the McLeod transportation management system. The candidate will communicate effectively with both internal & external customers via written & verbal communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracks loads & communicates to customer the status of their shipment.
  • Proactively communicate with driver management & load planners to resolve issues that may arise with a driver’s work assignment.
  • Manage customer scorecards to ensure we are meeting their minimum requirements.
  • Schedule pick-up & delivery appointments & takes care of any reschedules needed.
  • Technically proficient in network dispatch tools.
  • Handles all OS&D issues for customer accounts.
  • Codes all late loads accordingly.
  • Updates all EDI error status.
  • Other projects & tasks as assigned by pod manager.

Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to use multiple programs simultaneously.
